The only vitamins I've ever taken that I could feel results from within a couple days. Gave me back my normal energy. They're water soluble so our bodies actually benefit from the ingredients instead of being flushed whole. I think they're a bit pricey, but worth the money.

Always was taking this one in the Op. Sup. Paks, but when Catalyst was supposed to be better I ordered it. But it was b.o so I ordered this one this time, but my understanding is that Catalyst is the better vitamin/mineral tablet.
