I used to use this product many years ago, but it got replaced with a less expensive gym nutritionist's Pro-biotic. That product worked really really well. Today, it has become very hard to get a hold of for various reasons. Since I could use it as needed, it was always in purse. Today, I am carrying the GI-Zyme, but not for an as needed supplement. In fact, I am finding once a day in the evening is wonderful. Sometimes I do need something 2x/day and this fits the bill. I am glad I remembered it and am taking it again.

It appears to be a good alternative to my probiotic that is becoming difficult to obtain. I am not having some of my food reactions as strongly with it. I am glad I remembered about this product from several years ago. I still want to keep trying it before making a final judgement, but so far so good!

I take this instead of Lactaid. It also helps with other foods so I often take one at dinner too. As with other Mannatech products, it also has Ambrotose in the formula. I like to bathe my system with Ambrotose for optimal cell to cell communication.

Yes I love GI Zyme! but I cannot afford to buy it as I don't have a lot of money. But I do buy it once I have money from cleaning houses. I usually try to concentrate on getting Ambrotose Life first but I do love the way GI Zyme helps me to digest my food...Great product!!! Joan

Dr Omelchuk said that when your gall bladder is gone you will need enzymes for rest of your life, so I would say that this is VERY important to all who have no gallbladder and that is me!
