I don't drink regular coffee. It irritates my nerves and gives me a nasty knag in my brain. I love Glycocafe because its gentle, calming to my nerves and perks my energy for 4 hours. I start my day with my Glycocafe latee. I haven't had any for awhile and waiting for my order. I am not having withdrawals from the caffeine; just missing my morning drink. I won't drink any other brand as they are too harsh for me.
