Haven’t taken it very much

This version of the capsules are much harder to swallow than the previous version. I complained to customer service when they first changed and the woman said they wouldn't do anything about it. To this day I have to make sure my head is slightly up so it doesn't get stuck in my throat. They do work great though.

This is one of the beat products Mannatech has I hope to never be without it
