For someone who is caffeine-free, this amino acid blend is ideal for energy and activating the vitamins taken and minimal exercise. A little nutrients go a long way toward health and prevention! I take it the afternoon when I used to get a bit of a sluggish feeling, not just in the morning! The packets can also be blended with sparkling water for a bit more of a spiked drink with foam!
