I really like the betaine content of this product. My wife mixes it with yogurt or applesauce each morning. Tastes great!
Compared with the "other brand" that has separate fruits & vegetables, it seems more convenient. I'm keeping an 8-oz jar of water in the refrigerator, so I can drop in the powder, screw on a sealed lid, and shake. I don't know yet how effective it is, but it looks like there's a bit more than just the fruits and veggies in it.
With Mannatech‘s product I know I’m getting good clean fruits and vegetables and the price is better than other companies.
I have been using it about a week. I have a lot of health issues, so it is hard to tell how it is working. However, I have peace of mind that I am now getting the reds and greens my poor body needed so badly. I just hope I can keep affording it... might have to switch to every other day to make it go farther....I would use Mannatech products a lot more if I could afford them...
