Within 30 minutes of taking one Gummi, I can barely keep My eyes open.
I usually take all the vitamins already plus more melatonin that is in there. Not impressed.
Need to return this product as it did not work for me I do not have a account as I ordered it with a link to a distributor of yours
My hubby uses these every night. He is getting good results - deeper sleep, less wake ups during the night.
This is now a regular product in my home for those occasional restless nights!
My husband thinks these are great bedtime candy. They work & taste great!
