No a fan ?? wide awake in literally a 2 hr after taking 2 did sleep well for that two hr period but that was and is about my normal sleep pattern this was a 7 day trial same results after 2 Gummy’s per dose will not make another purchase of this product Extremely DISAPPOINTED
